It's a binary patching program that can patch any kinds of files. Sometime later I've discovered about xdelta. It breaks NetPlay, Masterpieces, and not MD5 validated. I tried use Wiimms ISO Tools like other ISO builders but it didn't do the job well. My end goal is to convert revision 2 to 1 with MD5 checksum valid. Instead, I've tried to create a patcher that will simply downgrade revision 2 disc images back to 1. (inb4 anyone says that it's impossible to play Project M on NetPlay from virtual SD card, check the guide that I've made here)

Looking for a google drive btw, not those sketchy sites. While I know ISO builders already have released a sync fix for revision 2 owners, but as usual, it is only for Brawl mods in ISO version. Brawl ISO thats 7.93 GB Tried vimms lair but file size is lower than 7.93 GB, even if its wbfs format it should be near 7.93 GB. This applies to Brawl and any Brawl mods. The revision difference is the main culprit of desync between NetPlayers on Dolphin. I've created a patcher in hope to help NetPlayers to legally acquire revision 1 while they already own a revision 2 disc image.
